It was Australian cricketer Shaun Marsh who set the 2008 IPL on fire with his batting. He got his first game in IPL 2017 in the clash against Mumbai Indians.
He helped Kings XI Punjab get off to a good start with a 46-run partnership for the opening wicket with Hashim Amla. Marsh scored 21-ball 26 with 5 fours before he fell to Mitchell McClenaghan.
During his knock of 26, Marsh became the third cricketer to score 500 or more runs against Mumbai Indians.
Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni are the other two cricketers to have achieved such a feat. Raina has 707 runs and Dhoni has 524 runs against Mumbai Indians.
